Pad of Cash’s Terms & Conditions
By purchasing anything through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You understand and acknowledge that Pad of Cash is a service. By paying the $30.00 fee applied to each Pad of Cash you purchase, you are agreeing to pay for this service.
  2. Once a Pad of Cash is sent, there is no refund. We do not accept returns on anything, especially since we are in the business of handling money. We will not risk someone taking our real money and replacing it with fake money. By ordering a Pad of Cash, you are agreeing that there are no returns under any circumstance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  3. You agree to our shipping policies regarding additional $25.oo shipping fees applied to any extra packages we send. The limit per package is $1ooo.00 or up to 3 Pads of Cash. If you order more than 3 Pads of Cash, you will have to pay shipping for any additional packages needed to fill your order. If your order exceeds $1000.00, you will have to pay additional shipping. You will be contacted for the extra fees before shipping.
  4. If for any reason you cancel your order before a Pad of Cash is made, you agree to pay any PayPal fees associated with the order. The fees are dependent on the amount of your order. You will be notified how much the fees are and they will be automatically deducted from the amount we refund you. You will not be charged for shipping.
  5. If you want to cancel your order after a Pad of Cash is made, you agree to pay the $30.00 handling fee for each pad that was made as well as the PayPal fees, and any other charges that occurred, such as gift wrapping. You will be notified of all fees and they will be automatically deducted from the amount we refund you.You will not be charged for shipping.
  6. Pad of Cash is not responsible and will not be held liable for a name being misspelled on a case if you gave us the incorrect spelling. We only know what you tell us and with different variations of spelling for names, we use the exact characters you give us.
  7. If you are not home to sign for the package and need us to send it again, you agree to pay for shipping again.
